What we can't help with
We're an independent website, not a bus operator or a transport authority. We can't help with:
- Lost property — contact the operator directly
- Refunds, tickets or fares — contact the operator
- Complaints about a driver or a journey — contact the operator
- Requests to change a timetable or add a service
